Job summary

Central City Concern (CCC) in Portland, OR is hiring an HRIS Analyst to administer and optimize CCC’s HR systems, ensuring data integrity and strong analytics. You will design reports, maintain data structures, and support system upgrades to improve operations and decision-making.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and leaders to translate needs into configurations, develop training materials, and drive user adoption while upholding HIPAA and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of HRIS/business systems experience, application development, reporting writing required.

Responsibilities

• Support management and maintenance of HR and organizational data in HR systems (employees, positions, departments, locations).
• Assist with HR system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
• Develop and share custom reports and calculated fields for users, maximize efficiency by reusing reports and training users.
