Job summary

Central City Concern is seeking an HRIS Analyst to administer CCC’s HR systems, ensure data integrity, and deliver insightful reports. This role focuses on system configuration, upgrades, and proactive data governance to drive HR operations excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 4 years of HRIS experience, strong Excel skills, and a track record of delivering data-driven workforce insights within a complex HR landscape.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4 years of HRIS business systems experience, reporting and data handling.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Experience with UKG/WFM is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to translate processes into HR system configurations.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy considerations a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR systems data integrity, including employee records, positions, and departments.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards for workforce insights.
  • Lead HRIS projects from requirements through testing and adoption.
  • Assist with upgrades, patches, and ongoing system maintenance.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and leadership to improve processes.
  • Train users and provide ongoing HRIS support.

HRIS Analyst (Human Resources Information System Analyst) | Central City Concern (CCC)
  • Serve as a key administrator and subject matter expert for CCC's HR systems, helping ensure data integrity, system performance, and operational excellence.
  • Leverage advanced reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation to provide meaningful workforce insights that support organizational decision-making.
  • Maintain critical HR data structures including employee records, positions, departments, and organizational hierarchies.
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and ongoing optimization efforts to improve HR operations.
Drive HR Technology & Data Excellence
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Accounting, and business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology-driven solutions.
  • Translate business needs and workflows into effective HR system configurations and solutions.
  • Support change initiatives and technology implementations that improve efficiency and the employee experience.
Make a Strategic Impact Through Innovation
  • Develop custom reports, calculated fields, process documentation, and training materials that empower users and increase self-service capabilities.
  • Conduct audits and root-cause analyses to ensure compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement across HR systems.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Saturday/Sunday off)

Salary Ranges from

$89,000 - $115,000 *This range is influenced by professional experience, licensure, certifications, and internal equity.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 4 years of HRIS business systems experience, application development, reporting writing required.
  • UKG & Workforce Management (WFM) STRONGLY preferred.
  • Good understanding in user experience and interface design and development.
  • Proficient in computer systems (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) with advanced Excel skills.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, TB test, and background check.
  • Must adhere to agency’s policies of non-discrimination.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Support the management and maintenance of HR and organizational data in HR Systems, including employee job data, positions, departments, locations, and other foundational organizational structures.
  • Assist with HR system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance activities.
  • Support change requests related to HR data and processes by assessing impacts to configuration, integrations, and downstream systems.
  • Ensure systems quality and data accuracy via regular audits (weekly, monthly etc.) of data adhere to all policies for proper process and protocols.
  • Participate in requirements gathering with business leaders on process definition, improvement, systems, and performance and best practices to drive efficiencies.
  • Develop and share custom reports and calculated fields for users, maximizing efficiency by reusing existing reports and training users on modifying reports as needed.
  • Assist users within HR as needed to enable them to effectively/efficiently utilize all HR systems & modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production systems issues and maintain the internal HRIS issues log/ticketing system.
  • Support small to medium HRIS initiatives by executing assigned project tasks, supporting testing, documentation, and timelines in partnership with HRIS and HR leaders.
  • Work and partner with stakeholders within HR, IT, Accounting and Payroll to provide creative and efficient solutions to business needs.
  • Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes for HR team members.
  • Determine and manage root-cause analyses, brainstorm resolution options and communicate the same effectively across various teams including customers.
  • Develop process diagrams, use cases, test plans, and training documentation as needed.
  • Participate in change initiatives and manage the human side of technology implementations to include project management of technology change initiatives.
  • Responsible for training end-users on new systems and providing ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
  • Adhere to all state and federal privacy regulations, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, and to CCC policies and agreements regarding confidentiality, privacy, and security. Support compliance with all privacy and security requirements pursuant to community partners’ and outside providers’ patient confidentiality agreements, including privacy and security requirements for EMR access. This includes immediate reporting of any PHI breach of CCC or outside provider health records to the CCC Legal and Quality departments, as well as to the program administrator.
  • Attend all mandatory CCC trainings in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
