Job summary

Central City Concern in Portland is seeking an HRIS Analyst to drive HR technology, data excellence, and analytics. You will administer HR systems, maintain data structures, and deliver dashboards to support decisions.

The role requires collaboration with HR, IT, payroll and leadership to configure systems and push data-driven improvements. On-site in the Admin Building, you’ll participate in upgrades, testing, and end-user training while ensuring privacy and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of HRIS/business systems experience, including reporting.
• UKG and Workforce Management experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR and organizational data in HR systems, including job data and hierarchies.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and maintenance.
• Support data/configuration changes and assess impacts on integrations.
• Ensure data quality via regular audits in line with policies.
• Develop and share custom reports and calculated fields for users.
• Train and assist users to effectively use HR systems and modules.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Accounting and leadership.
• Lead small HRIS initiatives with testing, documentation, and timelines.
