Job summary

Strattec Security Corporation is seeking a strategic HRIS Manager to lead administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the HRIS platform, with emphasis on payroll, data integrity, reporting, and project execution. The ideal candidate will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to ensure scalable, compliant HR operations.

Dayforce experience is highly preferred and a track record in cross-functional projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, IS, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years’ HRIS experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong payroll knowledge and support for payroll systems.
• Proven HRIS implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• Project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced reporting and data management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the HRIS platform for integrity, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with Payroll, IT, Finance to ensure smooth integrations.
• Lead HR technology implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Capture requirements and translate to effective system solutions.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, data validation, and deployments.
• Manage vendor relationships and implementation partners.
• Analyze processes and drive automation and standardization.
• Develop documentation, maps, procedures, and training materials.
