Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support HR technology systems through maintenance, testing, reporting, data analysis, and process improvement. The role involves documenting requirements, developing specifications, and participating in design, configuration, development, and testing of HR system solutions across Talent Management, HR/Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 2 years HRIS implementation and support experience with integrated HCM systems or similar.
• Report development experience in Business Intelligence or similar reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• System Maintenance: review, test, and implement HRIS upgrades; maintain configurations and security; document processes.
• Production Support: troubleshoot HRIS issues; gather requirements; coordinate with vendors for enhancements and fixes.
• Projects/Process Improvement: identify and implement process improvements; leverage AI/automation for HR processes and reporting; collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Reports/Queries/Integrations: develop and support reports and integrations; validate data; design solutions based on specifications.
• Training: assist SMEs in creating user procedures and training materials for new functionality.
• Individual Development: stay updated on HRIS trends and participate in vendor/user group meetings.
