James Avery Artisan Jewelry is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support HR technology systems through maintenance, testing, reporting, data analysis, and process improvement across Talent Management, HR/Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Compensation, Risk, Environmental Health & Safety, Loss Prevention, and Reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• 2 years HRIS system implementation and support experience of integrated HCM systems or similar work.
• Report development experience in Business Intelligence or similar report writing systems.

Responsibilities

• System Maintenance: Assist in review, testing, and implementation of HRIS upgrades or patches.
• Production Support: Provide support for HRIS, including researching and resolving problems and documenting requirements.
• Projects/Process Improvement: Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and AI-enabled HR technologies to streamline HR processes and improve data quality.
• Reports/Queries/Integrations: Develop, maintain, and support reports or integrations and ensure data integrity.
• Training: Assist subject matter experts in development of user procedures and training on new processes/functionality.
• Individual Development: Stay current with HRMS trends and participate in vendor/user group meetings.
