Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking an HR Business Partner II to deliver full-spectrum HR support to supervisors and about 350–500 employees. You will guide performance, attendance, and HR processes, using data trends to suggest improvements and ensuring consistent HR execution across departments.

Responsibilities include employee relations investigations, accommodations, LOA support, and leading monthly reviews to discuss attendance, turnover, performance, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• Experience providing HR guidance to frontline supervisors and managers.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Coach supervisors on performance conversations, discipline, and recognition.
• Review frontline disciplinary actions before issuance.
• Provide supervisors with practical HR guidance on day-to-day issues.
• Support employee accommodations and LOA processes.
• Lead monthly business reviews with Supervisors and APMs to present HR data and trends.
