Job summary

Christus Health is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner II in Beaumont, TX, onsite from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday. You will partner with operating leaders to execute people strategy and improve performance outcomes across the assigned area.

You will compile HR data, analyze trends, ensure legal and policy compliance, and deliver day-to-day HR services locally while coordinating with HR Shared Services to implement solutions and drive engagement across the market.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate Degree
• 4+ years of HR experience preferred
• Strong data analysis and policy interpretation

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection and analysis from HR activities and suggest process changes
• Partner with managers to address HR issues and concerns
• Ensure HR practices meet legal compliance and company policy
• Deliver day-to-day local HR services, including on-site support
• Coordinate with HR Shared Services to implement HR solutions
• Monitor services and support culture and engagement initiatives
• Track SLA performance to support HR Shared Service Center
• Support managers with performance management, EEO/AA, training needs, and ad hoc requests
• Collect and analyze data in HR areas related to compliance and employment law
• Identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and propose improvements

As a Human Resources Business Partner II, you will support operational leaders in executing people strategy and improving key performance outcomes across your assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze data from HR activities, then recommend process or policy changes
• Partner with managers and Associates to address HR issues and concerns
• Ensure HR practices meet legal compliance requirements and align with company policy
• Provide day-to-day local delivery of HR services, including face-to-face support when issues require onsite intervention
• Coordinate with HR Shared Services to implement HR solutions for the market or region
• Monitor Associate services delivered in the field and support culture and engagement initiatives
• Track and manage Service Level Agreement performance to support the success of the HR Shared Service Center
• Support managers with HR activities, including:
  • Performance management
  • Equal Employment Opportunity and Affimation Action (EEO/AA) related activities
  • Training needs identification
  • Ad hoc HR requests
• Collect and analyze data in assigned functional areas related to HR activities and compliance with employment law and company policies
• Identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, and propose recommendations for improvement
