Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced HR/Operations Solution Architect to translate complex HR requirements into structured, configurable offerings. You will bridge sales, delivery, and technology to deliver market-leading HR services and drive value for clients.

Role involves travel up to 50% to client sites and requires strong leadership, process design, and delivery architecture expertise across Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM Cloud.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition, Employee Services (workforce admin, data management, employee support), and/or Talent Development.
• Minimum of 3 years experience designing or improving HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate buyer requirements into structured HR solution offerings, proposals, cost estimates, and work plans.
• Serve as the solution subject matter expert within the sales team; present offerings to client buyers and align on final terms.
• Partner with Service Architects and Product Directors to design end-to-end delivery architecture and capabilities.
• Sponsor and lead initiatives to roll out new architecture capabilities across delivery teams.
• Interface with delivery organizations to ensure effective solution transition and cost-to-deliver.
• Ensure delivery architecture conforms to internal policies and benchmarks; monitor market trends.
