Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced HR/Operations Solution Architect to translate buyer requirements into structured HR offerings, bridging sales, delivery, and technology. The role focuses on HR transformation engagements, including process and technology changes, with global delivery exposure.

You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to design end-to-end HR solutions and ensure successful implementations. Travel up to 50% to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition, Employee Services (workforce admin, data management, employee support), and/or Talent Development.
• Minimum of 3 years experience designing or improving HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate buyer requirements into structured HR solution offerings, proposals, cost estimates and work plans using standard process methods.
• Collaborate with Sales to present offerings to client buyers and align on final terms.
• Design end-to-end delivery architecture with Service Architects and Product Directors.
• Sponsor and lead initiatives to deploy new HR architecture capabilities across delivery teams.
• Interface with delivery organizations to ensure effective solution transition and define service assumptions.
• Maintain standards and benchmarking to ensure alignment with internal policies and market trends.
• Provide market-leading perspectives on emerging HR delivery trends to support business growth.
• Role requires ability to travel 50% to clients.
