Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced HR/Operations Solution Architect to serve as the single point of contact for client-facing HR transformation engagements. You will translate complex buyer requirements into structured, configurable solution offerings—bridging sales, delivery, and technology to bring market-leading HR services to life.

This role partners with sales, delivery, and product teams to design end-to-end delivery architectures, shape proposals, and guide cost-to-deliver decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition, Employee Services (workforce admin, data management, employee support), and/or Talent Development.
• Minimum of 3 years experience designing or improving HR processes.
• Experience with HR transformation and solution design in sales/pre-sales contexts.
• Hands-on experience with HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Translate buyer requirements into structured HR solution offerings, proposals, cost estimates, and work plans.
• Serve as the solution SME within the sales team; present offerings to client buyers and align on final terms.
• Design end-to-end delivery architecture with Service Architects and Product Directors.
• Sponsor and lead initiatives to roll out architecture capabilities across delivery teams.
• Interface with delivery organizations to ensure effective solution transition and cost-to-deliver.
• Ensure delivery architecture conforms to internal policies and is benchmarked against market trends.
• Provide market-leading perspectives on HR delivery trends to drive business growth.
