Job summary

You will translate complex buyer requirements into structured, configurable solution offerings—bridging sales, delivery, and technology to bring market-leading HR services to life.

Role requires travel up to 50% and hands-on experience with HR platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM Cloud.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition, Employee Services, and/or Talent Development.
• Minimum 3 years experience designing or improving HR processes.
• Hands-on experience with HR platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Translate buyer requirements into structured HR solution offerings and work plans.
• Collaborate with the sales team to shape deals and terms.
• Design end-to-end delivery architecture in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Lead deployment of HR transformation capabilities across the client ecosystem.
• Ensure governance, cost-to-deliver, and delivery location alignment.
