Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced HR/Operations Solution Architect to translate buyer requirements into structured HR offerings and drive end-to-end delivery for client HR transformations.

You will bridge sales, delivery, and technology, leveraging Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM Cloud to design scalable HR solutions. Role requires travel up to 50% to client sites in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition, Employee Services (workforce admin, data management, employee support), and/or Talent Development.
• Minimum of 3 years experience designing or improving HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate buyer requirements into structured HR transformation solutions and proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales to present offerings and align on terms.
• Design end-to-end delivery architecture with Service Architects and Product Directors.
• Lead initiatives to deploy HR architecture capabilities across delivery teams.
• Interface with delivery organizations to ensure smooth solution transitions and cost-to-deliver.
• Ensure architecture aligns with internal policies and market benchmarks.
• Provide market intelligence on HR delivery trends to grow the business.
