Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Transformation Senior Manager to lead and shape HR in the digital age. You will define, shape, sell and execute HR transformation projects that integrate digital solutions, automation, processes, and organization optimization to improve HR and employee experience.

In this high-visibility role, you will work with senior client stakeholders, design future-state operating models, and drive measurable outcomes through analytics, AI, and automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale HR transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
• Experience designing HR operating models, shared services, and outsourcing strategies.
• Strong client relationship building and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and advise on HR operating models and transformation strategies.
• Develop value cases and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, managing scope, budget, and timeline.
