Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an HR Reinvention Manager to lead digital HR transformations, combining AI, analytics, and automation with robust operating models and change management. You will shape client HR strategies and deliver measurable value across senior leadership relationships.

The role emphasizes cross-functional delivery, leveraging leading HR tech platforms and industry insights to optimize talent management and workforce planning, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR tech consulting with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Proven experience leading HR reinvention programs covering operating model, process, tech, or service delivery.
• At least 1 year applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics to HR outcomes.
• Experience with Consumer Goods, Retail, or Travel sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape HR reinvention projects integrating digital solutions, automation, and organization design.
• Advise on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies aligned with client goals.
• Develop value cases and roadmaps linking HR to business strategy with measurable outcomes.
• Drive program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and change management across client teams.
• Evaluate and select HR technologies (HRIS, AI tools) suitable for client cultures and needs.
• Collaborate on Thought Leadership and contribute to practice development.
