Job summary

Vitalant is seeking an HR Transformation Analyst in Scottsdale, AZ to support enterprise HR transformation initiatives, governance, and workforce analytics. The role focuses on governance, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting to drive organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

You will partner with HR leaders, analyze workforce data, and develop insights to support strategic decisions. This hybrid role requires an MBA/MHA and 2–3 years in HR analytics, with Workday experience

Qualifications

MBA or MHA required, with the intent of attaining PMP within the first year.

Responsibilities

Coordinate enterprise HR Transformation initiatives, governance, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, action plans, and executive reporting.
Partner with HR leaders to monitor priorities and drive initiative execution and accountability.
Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, KPI scorecards, reports, and executive presentations using Workday and other HR tech platforms.
Analyze workforce data and trends to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Establish KPI frameworks and reporting standards to improve data quality and accessibility.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline processes.
Administer and enhance Smartsheet and Superhuman solutions to support workflow automation and reporting efficiency.
Maintain transformation dashboards and reporting tools, coordinating issue resolution and risk escalation.
