Job summary

Valkyrie Enterprises seeks a Lead HRIS Analyst in Virginia Beach, VA to lead transitions of HRIS, ATS, and LMS, while managing operations and reporting. You will work with the Data/AI team to pilot AI solutions and drive automation to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities include configuration, integration, data quality, payroll readiness, and delivering dashboards to leaders. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in HR tech are required; hybrid work option available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent + 5+ years in HRIS/HR tech.
Experience supporting HR systems in a large, global company.
Experience leading HRIS/ATS/LMS transitions from planning to launch.
Hands-on system configuration and troubleshooting, with APIs, secure file transfers, data mapping.
Strong knowledge of HR operations: recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, learning.
Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, HRIS reporting, and advanced Excel.
Experience improving processes through automation and exploring AI in HR admin.

Responsibilities

Lead HRIS/ATS/LMS transitions from requirements to launch and stabilization.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and vendor coordination.
Own daily system configuration, workflows, integrations, and data quality.
Build Power BI dashboards and HRIS reports; define workforce metrics.
Identify repetitive HR tasks and pilot automation/AI solutions with the Data/AI Team.
Train HR, managers, and employees; maintain user guides and releases.
