Job summary

Sweetwater, located in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking an HR Training Specialist to coordinate and deliver company-wide learning programs under the Learning and Development team. The role emphasizes meticulous planning, learner-focused design, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage logistics for in-person and virtual sessions, support facilitator needs, and maintain learning materials and certificates while ensuring accurate LMS operations. Fort Wayne campus relocation is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in administrative, HR, training, or other program support roles.
• Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Education, HR or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
• CP-LDF, CPTM, CPTD, or SHRM-CP Certification preferred.
• Experience in Workday platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Partner with internal training team to support facilitator needs for manager and employee programs.
• Assist in developing learner-facing materials, session handouts, surveys, and certificates of completion.
• Maintain the Workday learning platform by uploading content, tracking completions, tagging courses, and managing learner access.
• Troubleshoot user issues related to training access and provide first-line support for learners.
• Coordinate and manage the annual calendar of training events.
• Document and maintain SOPs for program and system workflows.
