Job summary

Sweetwater, the nation’s #1 online retailer of pro audio equipment and music instruments, is seeking a Workday Architect to join our growing team in Fort Wayne, IN. You will act as the Workday subject matter expert for day-to-day support, configurations, and Adaptive Planning to ensure high-quality business operations.

Responsibilities include securing Workday data, leading integrations, reporting and dashboards, and mentoring teams on best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Finance and/or HCM architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Workday integrations and securities.
• Familiarity with Advanced Reporting and OfficeConnect.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Workday Architect managing securities, integrations, and related platforms.
• Ensure data privacy and security for financial data within Workday.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Workday requirements.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Lead projects and coordinate testing, deployment, and system updates.
• Provide training and support to users and drive continuous education.
