Qualifications

• Associate degree in human resources, business management, training or related field.
• Knowledge of learning management systems and training methodologies.
• Minimum five years of training and analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs from planning through completion.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (Workday Learning) including enrollments and records.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc reports, spreadsheets, and briefing materials.
• Provide executive support to the CHRO, manage calendars, meetings, and travel.
