Job summary

CCG Business Solutions, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking an HR Technology Partner (Kronos) Business Analyst to drive the transition from Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Pro Workforce Management and to integrate with Workday HCM and Workday US Payroll.

You will partner with internal owners and key stakeholders to document timekeeping requirements, test configurations, and support change management, training, and hypercare as the new system goes live.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with internal business owners and stakeholders to document enterprise timekeeping business requirements; represent the identified business stakeholders as the timekeeping SME.
• Act as a functional subject matter expert, partnering with key business users in all aspects of analysis, design, testing, and deployment for system integration with Workday.
• Understand current state processes and identify opportunities for improving systems and processes with the new tool.
• Understand the end-to-end integration design between Workday HCM / US Payroll and UKG Dimensions and any other downstream systems.
• Support configuration of the tool by CEI technology partners.
• Develop test cases to be conducted during system testing and user acceptance testing phases.
• Active participant in system testing; execute defined test cases and document test results; retest as necessary.
• Participate in Parallel testing efforts and work to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for key business stakeholders.
• Work with the Training team to develop and roll out end user training materials for the new solution.
• Support communication/change management and deployment / cutover activities for the project.
• Provide Hypercare support.

Additional Information

Base Salary: USD $60-80/hr W2
