Job summary

GreenFoot Technologies is seeking an HR Technology Partner (Kronos) Business Analyst for a 12-month contract in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on migrating from Kronos WFC to UKG Pro WFM, partnering with stakeholders to define timekeeping requirements and support Workday integration.

The candidate will participate in design sessions, testing, change management, and rollout strategies, ensuring successful integration with Workday HCM and US Payroll for ~15,000 employees.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with HR technologies
• 3+ years with UKG Pro WFM, Workday or other leading HCM solutions
• Familiarity with at least 2 UKG Pro WFM functional areas
• Experience integrating UKG Pro WFM with Workday HCM and US Payroll
• Experience with timekeeping configurations and testing

Responsibilities

• Develop critical working relationships with internal business owners and key stakeholders to understand and document enterprise timekeeping business requirements; participate in the program as a timekeeping SME representing the identified business stakeholders
• Act as a functional subject matter expert, partnering with key business users in all aspects of analysis, design, testing, and deployment for system integration with Workday. Understand current state processes and identify opportunities for improving systems and processes with the new tool
• Understand the end-to-end integration design between Workday HCM / US Payroll and UKG Dimensions and any other downstream systems
• Support configuration of the tool by CEI technology partners
• Develop test cases to be conducted during system testing and user acceptance testing phases
• Active participant in system testing; execute defined test cases and document test results; retest as necessary
• Participate in Parallel testing efforts and work to identify, and resolve discrepancies
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for key business stakeholders
• Work with the Training team to develop and roll out end user training materials for the new solution
• Support communication/change management and deployment / cutover activities for the project
• Provide Hypercare support
