Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking an experienced Kronos Developer to design, configure, implement, and support UKG Kronos-based workforce management solutions.
The role focuses on Kronos Workforce Central and UKG Dimensions, including integration, customization, and production support. The candidate will configure timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and leave rules, develop interfaces with HRMS and ERP systems, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable
Qualifications
- Hands-on Kronos Workforce Central and/or UKG Dimensions experience.
- Configuring Kronos modules like Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Leave.
- Experience with Kronos integrations to HRMS, Payroll, and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Kronos integration tools and APIs.
- Understanding of HR, Payroll, and workforce management processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Kronos/UKG Workforce Management apps.
- Develop interfaces between Kronos and third‑party systems.
- Configure business rules, pay rules, work rules, accruals, and schedules.
- Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support.
- Prepare deployment plans and technical documentation.
