Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Kronos/UKG WM applications.
• Work on Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Leave modules.
• Develop interfaces between Kronos/UKG and HRMS, Payroll, ERP systems.
• Handle Kronos integration tools, APIs, and file-based integrations.
• Configure pay rules, work rules, accruals, and employee profiles.
• Provide production support and participate in upgrades and deployments.
