Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Talent Analyst, HR Technology to join the HR Systems team. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to HR technology tracks with a focus on Talent Acquisition and system support.

You will learn to configure, test, and deploy enhancements, deliver global application support via ticketing, and collaborate with global HR customers to translate business needs into effective system solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, or MIS from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of HRIS/ATS experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-related support to the HR Talent Acquisition system, including setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Deliver global application support via a ticketing platform across regions for Talent Acquisition processes.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition COE and global HR customers to identify requirements and propose system solutions.
• Assist in special projects to improve existing processes and governance for Global People System.
