The role emphasizes data-driven process improvement, policy rollout, and governance to drive efficiency and reduce risk. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop reports, and establish KPIs while working in a hybrid environment at 201 Isabella Street, Pittsburgh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; procurement or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar field.
• Must be able to travel up to 25%.
• U.S. work authorization required; ITAR compliance.
• Visa sponsorship not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Drive procurement process excellence and continuous improvement.
• Analyze end-to-end procurement processes to increase efficiency and automation.
• Develop and rollout procurement policies and standards; ensure governance and scalability.
• Improve supplier performance through projects and metrics.
• Collaborate with procurement team to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create internal/ external reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Visualize data and establish KPIs to measure business decisions.
• Structure large data sets to extract actionable insights.
• Craft presentations and reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
