Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Talent Analyst, HR Technology, in Pittsburgh, PA. This entry-level role focuses on supporting the Talent Acquisition system and learning various HR Technology workstreams under the HR Systems Manager.

The position emphasizes global support, governance, and compliance while collaborating with IT, Oracle, and external vendors to deliver system solutions for HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or MIS from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of HRIS/ATS experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology solution support for the HR Talent Acquisition system, including setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing and enhancements.
• Deliver global application support via ticketing for Talent Acquisition processes.
• Collaborate with the COE team and global HR customers to define requirements and propose global system solutions.
• Support special projects and governance for Global People System, including compliance testing.
• Assist with patching, upgrades, and maintaining security and data privacy standards.
