Job summary

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Sr. Manager, Recruitment Operations to transform Talent Acquisition performance for high-volume hourly and salaried recruitment. This role is an individual contributor, focusing on KPI reporting, process optimization, and vendor engagement.

You will partner with recruiters, HR, and leaders to standardize workflows and drive cost efficiency. The position reports to the HR Director of Centers of Excellence for HFS, with on-site work in Torrance/Fullerton, CA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Operations or related field.
• Hands-on ATS utilization; experience with Oracle People Systems preferred.
• Experience leading recruiting operations and data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build KPI-centric reporting and process management for high-volume recruitment.
• Standardize workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and analyze recruiting KPIs, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
• Lead recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen employer branding.
• Manage vendor relationships and external TA partners.
