This individual contributor will drive KPI reporting, process management, and data-driven improvements across recruiters, HR, and vendors.

The role emphasizes recruitment analytics, stakeholder collaboration, and expansion of recruitment marketing to elevate employer branding. On-site in Torrance, CA with up to 5% travel may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, People Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on ATS utilization, preferably with Oracle People Systems.
• Experience leading recruiting operations, process improvement initiatives, or cross‑functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume hourly and salaried recruitment as an individual contributor.
• Define, track, and report Talent Acquisition KPIs.
• Standardize workflows and automate recruiting tasks across the organization.
• Collaborate with Recruiters, HR, hiring leaders and external vendors.
• Lead recruitment marketing initiatives to bolster employer branding.
