Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the ATS with accurate candidate records.
• Manage candidate statuses, dispositions, and workflow updates.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications and interest.
• Perform reference checks for prospective hires.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
• Prepare weekly recruiting reports and support audits.
