Job summary

Copeland LP is seeking an HR Technology Analyst to support, maintain and enhance our global HR tech ecosystem including Workday, UKG/Kronos, ADP, and more. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to ensure accurate data, efficient processes and reliable system performance.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with HR systems, and a proactive approach to problem solving. This role requires collaboration across multiple teams and a commitment to data integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, HR or business.
• 3–7 years supporting HR, payroll or enterprise applications.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR technology support for Workday, UKG/Kronos, Xactly, JML and related systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors.
• Coordinate biannual Workday release activities with People Services team and Workday Product Owners.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements.
• Support testing for updates, enhancements, and new functionality across HR systems.
• Monitor inbound/outbound integrations and ensure data quality across interfaces.
• Maintain documentation for key processes, controls, and system configurations.
