Job summary

Copeland is seeking an HR Technology Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance its global HR tech stack including Workday, UKG/Kronos, and payroll systems. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-7 years of experience supporting HR, payroll, or enterprise business applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating small projects or system enhancements.
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for HR technology applications, including Workday, UKG/Kronos, Xactly, Joiner Mover Leaver (JML), and related systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor application performance and system health to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Coordinate biannual Workday release activities with People Services team and Workday Product Owners.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements.
• Support testing efforts for system updates, enhancements, and new functionality across a variety of HR systems.
• Monitor inbound and outbound integrations between HR systems and third-party vendors.
• Research and resolve interface and data quality issues with internal teams.
• Validate data accuracy and support ongoing data governance initiatives and auditing.
• Assist with SOX controls, audits, and compliance activities related to HR systems.
