Candidates should have 6+ years of HR technology experience and a Bachelor's degree in HR or IT. Responsibilities include managing Kronos configurations, analyzing HR processes, and supporting system integrations with Workday.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with HR technologies, preferably in Shared Services.
• Familiarity with at least 2 UKG Pro WFM functional areas.
• Strong understanding of reporting capabilities in WFC and UKG Pro WFM.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current HR processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage configuration and customization of Kronos.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for HR technology projects.
