Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a Manager, HR Technology & People Analytics to lead Dayforce administration and to drive the HR tech strategy across the organization. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and leadership to optimize processes, ensure data integrity, and enable scalable analytics.

The role focuses on automating manual workflows, building robust dashboards, and delivering actionable workforce insights to support growth and excellent employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HRIS experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Dayforce administration experience.
• Demonstrated experience configuring HR systems and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary administrator for Dayforce and lead HR technology strategy.
• Design and optimize HR technology solutions to support business needs.
• Develop and execute the HR technology roadmap with leadership.
• Lead automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Build and maintain dashboards and workforce analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across HR, IT, and Finance to improve processes.
