Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network seeks an Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the primary HR partner for regional operations leaders. You will align business priorities with HR strategies to strengthen leadership, improve engagement and retention, and support workforce performance.

In this role, you will balance employee-relations judgment with planning for organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and talent management while partnering with centralized People Operations, Talent

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, or related field.
Minimum five years of progressive HR experience with operations leadership exposure.
Experience supporting multi-site or regional healthcare/human services environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR partner to regional operations leaders.
Provide coaching on employee relations, performance, attendance, and disciplinary actions.
Lead workforce planning, leadership development, and succession discussions.
Analyze turnover, metrics, and workforce trends to drive region-specific actions.
Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Benefits teams to ensure consistent HR delivery.
