Job summary
ClearCaptions is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst to own and optimize our People tech stack, including Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, Docebo, and more. You will design scalable workflows, lead integrations, and deliver real-time workforce insights through dashboards.
The role requires strong project management, deep configuration expertise, and a track record of data-driven outcomes. 100% remote with travel up to 5% is expected, supporting HR operations across the United States.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HRIS administration experience, incl 2+ years Dayforce configuration
- Experience leading system enhancements or reimplementation projects
- Experience managing HR technology RFPs, evaluations, selections, and implementations
- Strong cross-functional project management and stakeholder alignment
Responsibilities
- Owns, configures, and reimplements Dayforce modules
- Redesigns workflows, job structures, security roles and processes
- Manages and optimizes ATS, performance, and compensation systems
- Builds and maintains integrations and automated file feeds across systems
- Develops dashboards and data models for real-time workforce insights
- Ensures data integrity, security, and IAM alignment
