The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years in HR Technology, strong proficiency in Workday, and leadership experience. You will manage a high-performing team to ensure the success of our HCM strategy and drive digital transformation.

This role includes strategic responsibilities, performance management, and collaboration with IT and HR leaders. Competitive salary offered is between $150,000 and $165,000 USD, based on experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR Technology, with at least 3 years in a leadership/people management role.
• Expert-level knowledge of Workday or comparable Tier-1 HCM systems.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs the establishment of HR Information Systems.
• Oversees development and implementation of systems and policies.
• Manages relationships with vendors and budgets.
