Motorola Solutions is seeking an HR Technology Manager to oversee the optimization of our global Human Capital Management ecosystem. You will lead a team of Business Analysts and Developers to drive digital transformation and manage our HCM roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in HR Technology, expert knowledge of Workday, and strong leadership skills. This role includes overseeing HR systems implementation, vendor management, and ensuring data privacy standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR Technology, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expert-level knowledge of Workday or comparable Tier-1 HCM systems.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Directs establishment of HR Information Systems to support HR goals.
• Oversees development and implementation of new system specifications.
• Manages relationships with software and hardware vendors.
