Motorola Solutions is seeking an HR Technology Manager responsible for the vision and delivery of the Human Capital Management (HCM) ecosystem. This strategic leader acts as the IT Business Relationship Manager for HR and leads a team of Business Analysts and Developers.

With over eight years of HR Technology experience and a strong understanding of Workday, successful candidates will manage vendor relationships, oversee system implementations, and ensure data privacy standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR Technology, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in Workday or comparable Tier-1 HCM systems.
• Experience in leading large-scale system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer Human Resources Information Systems.
• Oversee development and implementation of HR technology.
• Manage relationships with vendors and HR technology budget.
