The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in HR Technology, with expert knowledge of Workday and a successful track record in system implementations. The position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $165,000, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR Technology, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expert knowledge of Workday or comparable Tier-1 HCM systems.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct administration of HR Information Systems.
• Oversee specification, development, and implementation of new systems.
• Manage relationships with software and hardware vendors.
