Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HR Technology.
• Proven leadership experience in a management role.
• Proficiency in Workday or comparable HCM systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct establishment and administration of HR Information Systems.
• Manage relationships with software vendors and maintain budgets.
• Lead the migration to new HCM systems as necessary.
