With a strong focus on digital transformation and managing a high-performing team, the ideal candidate should have over 8 years in HR technology, extensive Workday knowledge, and proven managerial experience. A competitive salary range of $150,000 - $165,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR Technology, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expert-level knowledge of Workday or comparable Tier-1 HCM systems.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR information systems to support HR goals and roadmaps.
• Oversee the implementation of new systems, reports, and policies.
• Establish KPIs for system performance and project delivery.
