Memorial Healthcare is seeking an experienced HRIS Lead to oversee Workday HCM implementations, configurations, and analytics across the organization. You will supervise a team, drive system enhancements, and ensure data integrity, security, and availability to support clinicians and staff.

The role focuses on leading HRIS projects, managing vendor relations, developing user procedures, and delivering executive dashboards to support workforce planning and compliance in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Oversees HRIS system design, upgrades, and analytics.
• Leads a team; ensures data integrity and security.
• Develops end-user procedures and training resources.
• Requires 3 years Workday experience incl supervisory role.

Responsabilités

• Manage HRIS implementation projects, upgrades, and vendor management.
• Configure workflows, security roles, and integrations across platforms.
• Develop end-user training resources and documentation for HRIS modules.
• Lead UAT and testing for Workday upgrades and patches.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
