Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking an HR Specialist to provide operational and program support across employee experience initiatives, HR programs, and reporting. The role acts as a liaison among HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, leaders, and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The position requires strong customer service, data handling, and communication skills, with experience in HRIS (Workday) preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Associate's degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development, Healthcare Admin, or related field plus 1 year of HR experience acceptable.
• Workday HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs other duties as assigned, including filing and processing mail.
• Collects and enters data into the department's software systems application(s).
• Prepares communications and reports using desktop software.
• Answers phones, greets visitors, and responds to general inquiries.
