Job summary

Holland & Knight in Tampa is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the HR Systems Team, directing day-to-day operations and overseeing all HR systems including Workday. You will drive reporting, data analysis, and projects for design, maintenance, implementation, and upgrades of HR systems while maintaining system security.

The role requires 9+ years in HRIS management, BI, and Workday experience, with strong communication and vendor management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or related field.
• 9+ years of HR information systems management, data analytics and BI experience.
• Experience with Workday Applications and HR systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the HR Systems Team.
• Oversee HR systems, applications, reporting and data analysis.
• Coordinate software installations/upgrades and train admins as needed.
• Maintain system security and vendor relationships.
• Lead special projects related to HR systems.
