Job summary

Bright Horizons in Newton, MA invites an Executive Director, People Intelligence & Technology to lead enterprise HRIS and analytics. This hybrid role, onsite 3 days per week, partners with HRLT, IT, Finance, and business leaders to advance the HR technology ecosystem and data-driven decision making.

You will own Workday governance, analytics, and reporting, delivering scalable solutions that support HR strategy and business outcomes while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field
• 10 years progressive experience in HR technology, HRIS, people analytics, systems management, and HR operations
• 7 years leadership experience managing HRIS, analytics, reporting, and technology teams
• 5 years Advanced Workday experience including configuration oversight, security, reporting, business processes, releases, and optimization
• Workday Pro certification strongly preferred
• Prior Workday partner/consulting or large-scale implementation experience preferred
• Strong ability to communicate complex HR technology, analytics, and business insights to executives
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year people technology and analytics roadmap aligned to HRLT priorities, enterprise objectives, and workforce strategy.
• Provide enterprise leadership for HRIS, People Intelligence, analytics, reporting, integrations, data governance, and related HR tech capabilities.
• Lead senior owners for Workday configuration oversight, security governance, reporting, integrations, and roadmap planning.
• Oversee HRIS administration, people analytics, reporting, integrations, data governance, and platform optimization.
• Direct workforce analytics, dashboards, scorecards, predictive insights, and executive reporting for strategic decisions.
• Establish enterprise standards for HR data governance, quality, privacy, security, and compliance.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence; IT, Finance, and business leaders to translate needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Advance automation and AI-enabled capabilities and digital employee experience solutions.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, service delivery, platform performance, and budget planning.
