Job summary

Confluent Health, LLC is seeking an HR Technology Specialist to manage UKG Pro and WFM, drive data analytics, and optimize HR processes. You will own complex issue resolution, partner with HR and IT on technology initiatives, and deliver scalable reporting solutions using Power BI and Excel.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR tech, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, continuous-improvement mindset to improve data quality and user experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting HR technology, HRIS, workforce management, payroll, or related systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, Business, Analytics, CS or equivalent.
• Experience with system implementations, troubleshooting, testing, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for UKG Pro, WFM, and related workforce tech solutions.
• Troubleshoot, test, and resolve complex system, data, and process issues.
• Own Tier 2 support queue and coordinate with HR, Payroll, and field users.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and other tools.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT on workforce technology initiatives.
• Create documentation, guides, and training to reduce escalations.
