Job summary

The State of Michigan’s Quality of Life (QOL) HR Office is seeking a detail-oriented HR Technician to serve as the first point of contact for employees and provide essential support across HR functions. This in-office role maintains personnel records, supports onboarding, and handles unemployment and health monitoring documentation, FOIA preparation, and HR-related requests.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with records management and HR processes preferred.

Responsibilities
