Job summary

MITRE seeks an HR Technology Strategy Lead to translate HR strategy into an integrated technology roadmap and governance framework. You will partner with HR leadership and HRIS to maximize Workday value and align technology investments with enterprise standards.

You will drive portfolio governance, assess new HR tech requests, and champion AI-enabled HR solutions while ensuring compliance and data governance across the HR tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive HR technology leadership experience.
Deep functional expertise with Workday HCM and related modules.
Experience developing HR technology strategies, roadmaps, and governance.
Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
Experience with automation, AI, and digital capabilities in HR.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a rolling 2-3 year HR technology strategy and roadmap.
Lead governance for the HR technology ecosystem and portfolio.
Partner with HR leadership to translate business priorities into tech solutions.
Evaluate and prioritize HR technology investments and vendor capabilities.
Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment.
