Job summary

The role focuses on enhancing Applicant Tracking, recruitment workflows, and overall HR service delivery through AI-enabled automation and robust analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years in HR technology, HRIS, ATS, or related analytics roles.
• Experience improving recruiting workflows and HR process automation.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data flows, and vendor coordination.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define a practical HR technology roadmap and serve as the HR tech resource.
• Evaluate systems, configurations, data quality, and automation potential.
• Coordinate integrations across HR systems with IT and vendors.
• Improve tooling to reduce duplication and optimize costs.
• Lead analytics and reporting initiatives using Excel and Power BI.
